About the job and responsibilities
Hotely.cz -. the challenger brand in Czech online travel. Your mission: take the lead.
We're not the biggest name in Czech OTA - yet. That's the whole point. We've got the inventory, the regional muscle (6 countries, 90k+ properties, 2M+ travelers a year), and the appetite to close the gap. What we need is someone to drive the charge.
As Market Leader CZ OTA (Hotely.cz | Szallas Group), you will:
own Hotely.cz's growth end-to-end
run a small and focused team
have the decision power to make real changes that impact the business
Your profile
If you:
- know you can became an OTA Ninja who knows how travel demand actually converts
- are entrepreneurial - you think in growth, not tasks
- are agile and hands-on, comfortable with ownership, ambiguity and speed
- are hungry to build a leader, not maintain a follower
- treat market share like a personal scoreboard
- speak both Czech and English (“thank you, obvious”)
