Data Controller
For the processing of personal data in connection with applications and recruitment, Szallas Group Zrt. (3525 Miskolc, Régiposta utca 9., Company Register Number: 05-10-000701) acts as the Data Controller.

Source of data and application process
Individuals applying for a job opening provide the necessary personal data to the Data Controller through the career pages of the Data Controller, by applying online for a job posting (e.g., via job boards), or on their own initiative via the email addresses jobs@szallas.hu and hr@szallas.hu, or through employee referral.

Upon receipt and registration of the application, the Data Controller sends an automatic confirmation email from jobs@szallas.hu or szallas-jobs@m.personio.com. Through the link provided in this email, applicants can view, modify, supplement, or delete the stored data, or upload additional documents. After any changes, the Data Controller’s system sends an automatic data verification email to the address used during the application. Applicants are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided during the application and verification process.

Scope of data processed
During the evaluation of applications, the following data may be processed: family name, first name, date of birth, age, gender, address, e-mail, phone number, photograph, professional experience, education, foreign language and other specific skills, other résumé-related information, motivation letter, any additional information provided by the applicant regarding employment, applied position, references, results of professional tests, recruitment status, salary expectations.

Purpose of data processing
The purpose of processing is to select the most suitable candidate for the position applied for, which includes contacting the applicant and conducting the recruitment process. A secondary purpose is to notify the applicant of future job offers corresponding to the provided personal data via the contact details given for a period of 2 years following the application.

Legal basis of processing
By submitting an application, the applicant consents to the processing of their personal data in the recruitment process. Failure to provide the required data or withdrawal of consent will result in removal from the recruitment process.

Retention period
Unless withdrawn, personal data will be stored for 2 years from the date of application. Deletion will take place at the end of the relevant quarter.

Access to data
During the recruitment process, access to the processed data is granted to the recruitment staff, the direct supervisor of the position applied for, and the company management. Data is not shared by the Data Controller within or outside the organization.


Correction of data
Data provided on the Career Page can be corrected either via hr@szallas.hu or through the link provided in the confirmation email.

Deletion of data
Data can be deleted from the Career Page database via hr@szallas.hu.

Data Processors
The recruitment system of the Data Controller is operated by Personio GmbH (Company Register Number: HRB 160.524, Registered Office: Munich, Germany) as a data processor, under a separate agreement. Data is stored on the data processor’s servers within the European Union.

Data security
The Data Controller treats personal data confidentially and takes all technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure secure data processing and storage. Data transfers to the data processor are conducted via encrypted communication channels.

Validity of this Notice
This privacy notice is valid from May 1, 2023.
You are informed that you can exercise your rights via hr@szallas.hu, under applicable laws, including but not limited to:

a) Request access to personal data concerning you, or obtain a copy (Article 15 GDPR);
b) Request information regarding the main characteristics of data processing (purpose, scope of processed data, involved processors, retention period) (Article 15 GDPR);
c) Withdraw your consent at any time (Article 7(3) GDPR);
d) Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data without undue delay (Article 16 GDPR);
e) Request the deletion of your personal data without undue delay (Article 17 GDPR);
f) Request restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR);
g) Request that your personal data be provided in a widely used, machine-readable format or transmitted directly to another controller (Article 20 GDPR);
h) File a complaint with the supervisory authority according to your residence, workplace, or the alleged violation (Article 77 GDPR).

In Hungary, the supervisory authority is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) (1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c).

In case of legal claims, you also have the right to bring legal proceedings against the data controller or data processor before the competent court of the Member State where the controller or processor is located, as well as before the court competent according to your place of residence.

Az álláspályázatok, jelentkezések elbírálása érdekében folytatott adatkezelés esetén a Szallas Group Zrt. (3525, Miskolc, Régiposta utca 9., Cj: 05-10-000701) Adatkezelőként jár el.

Az adatok forrása, a jelentkezés folyamata
Az álláshirdetésre pályázó magánszemélyek eljuttatják Adatkezelő számára a jelentkezéshez szükséges személyes adataikat az Adatkezelő karrier oldalain keresztül vagy online álláshirdetésre jelentkezve (pl. álláshirdető weboldalakon) vagy saját kezdeményezésük alapján a jobs@szallas.hu és hr@szallas.hu címeken vagy munkavállalói ajánláson keresztül. A jelentkezés megérkezést és rögzítését követően Adatkezelő automatikus visszaigazoló levelet küld jobs@szallas.hu vagy a szallas-jobs@m.personio.com címről. A levélben található linken keresztül jelentkező megtekintheti, módosíthatja, kiegészítheti, törölheti a tárolt adatokat vagy további dokumentumot tölthet fel. Az adatok módosítását követően Adatkezelő rendszere automatikus újabb adatellenőrző üzenetet küld a jelentkezés során használt email címére. A jelentkezés és az adatellenőrzés során megadott adatok pontosságáért és valóságáért a jelentkező felel.

Kezelt adatok köre
A jelentkezések elbírálása során kezelt adatok: családi név, keresztnév, születési idő, kor, nem, lakcím, e-mail cím, telefon, fotó, szakmai tapasztalat, végzettség, idegen nyelvi és egyéb specifikus ismeretek, egyéb önéletrajzi adatok, motivációs levél, egyéb a jelentkező által a munkavállalással kapcsolatban rendelkezésre bocsátott információ, megpályázott pozíció, referenciák, szakmai teszt eredménye, toborzás státusza, bérigény.

Adatkezelés célja
Az álláspályázók közül a megfelelő munkatárs kiválasztása, amelynek keretében a jelentkezővel való kapcsolattartás, munkaerő-kiválasztási folyamat történik a megpályázott pozíció tekintetében. Másodlagos cél a megadott személyes adatoknak megfelelő jövőbeni állásajánlatokról a megadott elérhetőségeken történő értesítés a jelentkezést követő 2 évig.

Adatkezelés jogalapja
Az álláspályázó jelentkezése megküldésével hozzájárulását adja adatainak a kiválasztási folyamatban történő kezeléséhez. Az elbíráláshoz szükséges adatok meg nem adása vagy a hozzájárulás visszavonása a kiválasztási folyamatból való törlést eredményezi.

Adatkezelés időtartama
Az adatkezelés – visszavonás hiányában – a jelentkezéstől számított 2 évig tart. Az adattörlésre az adott negyedév végén kerül sor.

Adatokhoz hozzáférés
A kiválasztási folyamat során kezelt adatokhoz a toborzási munkatárs, az adott pozíció felettes vezetője, illetve a cégvezető fér hozzá. Az adatokat Adatkezelő sem szervezetén belül sem azon kívül nem adja tovább.


Adathelyesbítés
A Karrieroldal rendelkezésére bocsátott adatok módosítása a hr@szallas.hu e-mail címen keresztül kezdeményezhető vagy a visszaigazoló e-mailben megadott linken keresztül.

Adattörlés
A Karrieroldal adatbázisából való adattörlés a hr@szallas.hu e-mail címen keresztül kezdeményezhető.

Adatfeldolgozók
Adatkezelő kiválasztási rendszerét a Personio GmbH (Cégjegyzékszám: HRB 160.524, székhely: Munchen, Deutschland) üzemelteti adatfeldolgozóként, külön szerződés alapján. Az adatok tárolása adatfeldolgozó szerverein történik az Európai Unióban.

Adatbiztonság
Az Adatkezelő a személyes adatokat bizalmasan kezeli, az adatok megőrzése érdekében megtesz minden az adattároláshoz, feldolgozáshoz kapcsolódó informatikai és egyéb biztonságos adatkezelést elősegítő intézkedést. Az adatforgalom az adatfeldolgozóval titkosított adatkapcsolaton keresztül zajlik.

Tájékoztató érvényes
2023. május 1-től.
Tájékoztatjuk, hogy jogszabály alapján a hr@szallas.hu email-címen érvényesítheti az Önt megillető jogokat, amely alapján - a jogszabályban megjelölt keretek között -:

a) hozzáférést kérhet az Önről kezelt személyes adatokhoz, illetve másolatukhoz; (15. cikk)
b) tájékoztatást kérhet az adatkezelés főbb jellemzőit (célja, kezelt adatok köre, bevont adatfeldolgozók, adatkezelés tartam) illetően; (15. cikk)

h)tartózkodási helye, munkahelye vagy a vélelmezett jogsértés helye szerinti felügyeleti hatóságnál eljárást kezdeményezhet (77. cikk).

Jogsérelem esetén lehetősége van továbbá az adatkezelővel vagy az adatfeldolgozóval szemben peres eljárást indítani az adatkezelő vagy az adatfeldolgozó tevékenységi helye szerinti tagállam bírósága, valamint az Ön tartózkodási helye szerint illetékes törvényszék előtt.

Processing of (personal) data by the operator of the recruitment website

General information

This recruitment website is operated by Personio SE & Co. KG, which offers a human resource and candidate management software solution (https://www.personio.com/legal-notice/). Data transmitted as part of your application will be transferred using TLS encryption and stored in a database. The sole controller of this data within the meaning of article 24 of the GDPR is the enterprise carrying out this online application process. Personio’s role is limited to operating the software and this recruitment website and, in this context, being a processor under article 28 of the GDPR. In this case, the processing by Personio is based on an agreement for the processing of orders between the controller and Personio. In addition, Personio SE & Co. KG processes further data, some of which may be personal data, to provide its services, in particular for operating this recruitment website. We will refer to this in more detail below.

Access logs (“server logs”)

Each access to this recruitment website automatically causes general protocol data, so-called server logs, to be collected. As a rule, this data is a pseudonym and thus does not allow for inferences about the identity of an individual. Without this data, it would, in some cases, be technically impossible to deliver or display the contents of the software. In addition, processing this data is absolutely necessary under security aspects, in particular for access, input, transfer, and storage control. Furthermore, this anonymous information can be used for statistical purposes and for optimizing services and technology. In addition, the log files can be checked and analyzed retrospectively when unlawful use of the software is suspected. The legal basis for this is §25 subsection 2 Sentence 2 TDDDG. Generally, data such as the domain name of the website, the web browser and web-browser version, the operating system, the IP address, as well as the timestamp of the access to the software is collected. The scope of this log process does not exceed the common log scope of any other site on the web. These access logs are stored for a period of up to 7 days. There is no right to object to this.

Error logs

So-called error logs are generated for the purpose of identifying and fixing bugs. This is absolutely necessary to ensure we can react as quickly as possible to possible problems with displaying and implementing content (legitimate interest). As a rule, this data is a pseudonym and thus does not allow for inferences about the identity of an individual. The legal basis for this is §25 subsection 2 Sentence 2 TDDDG. When an error message occurs, general data such as the domain name of the website, the web browser and web-browser version, the operating system, the IP address, as well as the timestamp upon occurrence of the respective error message and/or specification is collected. These error logs are stored for a period of up to 7 days. There is no right to object to this.

Use of cookies

So-called cookies are used on parts of this recruitment website. They are small text files which are stored on the device with which you access this recruitment website. If the personal data is processed with your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent under article 7 III of the GDPR. Personio reserves the right to adjust this data privacy statement at any point in time to ensure that it is in line with the current legal requirements at all times, or in order to accommodate changes in the services offered, for example when new services are introduced.
