We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be the driving force behind our data driven decision-making. You will have a comprehensive overview of our entire marketing ecosystem, spanning Paid Marketing, CRM, and SEO, and will be responsible for translating raw data into actionable insights that optimize our marketing spend and fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Performance & Reporting: Own the end-to-end reporting of marketing effectiveness across all channels (Paid, CRM, SEO). Build and maintain dynamic, real time dashboards in Looker Studio and PowerBI tailored to the needs of the CMO and channel managers.
- Data Pipelines & Integration: Pull, clean, and manage live data feeds from major marketing platforms (including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok) directly into our Google BigQuery database.
- Advanced Modeling & Attribution: Develop, implement, and refine Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and multi-touch attribution models to accurately assign value to various touch points in the customer journey.
- Experimentation & Testing: Design, execute, and measure the results of marketing experiments, including A/B tests, conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests, and Geolift/geo-experimentation studies to prove incrementality.
- Conversion Tracking: Oversee the health and accuracy of our conversion tracking architecture across the website and apps, ensuring no data loss and precise ROI measurement.
- Strategic Insights: Act as the analytical bridge between Paid Marketing, CRM, and SEO. Provide proactive recommendations to the CMO on budget allocation, audience targeting, and channel optimization based on empirical data.
