Senior HR Business Partner (Part-time, 50–60%)

At Szallas Group, we're building the leading accommodation marketplace in Central and Eastern Europe. As our Czech business continues to evolve, we're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to help leaders build high-performing teams, navigate change, and create an outstanding employee experience.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior HR professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on business partnering. You'll work closely with our Czech leadership team while being part of an international Group HR function, influencing both local and cross-country initiatives.

What you'll do

As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will:

• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning and people strategy.
• Coach managers to build strong leadership capability and high-performing teams.
• Lead complex employee relations cases and support managers through sensitive people situations.
• Own the local performance management, talent review and succession planning processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and facilitate action plans following employee feedback.
• Support organizational change and transformation projects.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategy and leadership hiring.
• Lead the local implementation of Group HR initiatives and contribute to cross-country HR projects.
• Use people data and insights to support business decisions and continuously improve the employee experience.

You'll work closely with our local HR Specialist, who manages HR operations and administration, allowing you to focus on strategic business partnering and people development.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who brings both strong HR expertise and a genuine passion for partnering with leaders.

You will ideally have:

• At least 7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Czech Labour Code and employee relations.
• Experience coaching managers and supporting senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience with performance management, talent development and organizational change.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Business acumen and the ability to balance people and commercial priorities.
• Fluency in both Czech and English.

Experience in technology, digital or other fast-growing businesses is an advantage, as is experience working in an international or matrix organization.
