This is a summer job opportunity until the end of August.
Working hours shift between 9:00-17:00 and 13:00-21:00, including holidays and 2 weekends per month. The schedule can change according to the business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times (via phone, email and WhatsApp)
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Contribute to improving customer experience processes
- Know the organization's products inside and out in order to advise clients and resolve their inquiries
