Working hours shift between 9:00-17:00 and 13:00-21:00, including holidays and 2 weekends per month. The schedule can change according to the business needs.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times (via phone, email and WhatsApp)
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Contribute to improving customer experience processes
Know the organization's products inside and out in order to advise clients and resolve their inquiries
