Product Owner (Fixed term min. 1 year)

Type: Full-time

Reports to: Head of Product

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving product development initiatives from a business perspective and ensuring successful implementation of new features and modules.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Project-based coordination of the introduction or renewal of new modules and functions
• Ensuring product implementation and operation in line with business objectives
• Managing the business side of developments
• Identifying, prioritizing, and specifying business needs
• Managing and continuously maintaining the product backlog
• Daily collaboration with the development team and setting task priorities
• Consulting with stakeholders and managing feedback
• Validating the business suitability of delivered features
• Performing job-related tasks as specified by the supervisor

In this role, you will have the authority to:

• Scope of authority

• Determining functional priorities

• Determining the content and order of the backlog

• Accepting or rejecting functions from a business perspective

• Preparing decisions on the scope of delivery

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar role

• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies

• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong analytical and prioritization abilities

• Experience working closely with software development teams
• A proactive mindset and a passion for creating customer-centric solutions
